Sculptures by artist Franca Franchi unveiled

The two large sculptures by artist Franca Franchi were inaugurated today, August 3, 2026, in the municipalities of Albissola Marina and Albisola Superiore thanks to the Albisola per Albisola APS association. The donated works are titled Sotto Mutate Spoglie (Under Changed Spoils) and Nel Flusso (In the Flow).

Details of the Works

• Sotto Mutate Spoglie (Under Changed Spoils): located along the Via Aurelia before the bridge over the Sansobbia stream.
• Nel Flusso (In the Flow): located immediately after the bridge over the Sansobbia stream, beneath the promenades.
• Materials: scrap iron and steel transformed into visual art forms.
